Eglė Afanasjeva, the owner of a professional movement studio ENSO based in Vilnius, is a licensed teacher always aiming for new challenges. Together with her team of empathetic coaches, Eglė presents workouts that are both safe and of high quality.
There are three classes for Cable College students every day – morning, noon and evening.
Morning
Let’s meet up for a morning yoga session. Flex, feel the joy of movement and wake up your body for a day full of positive vibes.
SOS
This one’s for a healthy spine and balance. Let’s work with our pain, change our forms and, which is very important, gain energy for the change.
CHILL
Time to stretch and chill out. It’s time to learn to relax your body, switch off your mind in an eyeblink, and prepare your body for the next day’s challenges.
Massages
Does the pain in your spine interfere with your wakeboarding progress? Do you feel that your neck is tense, and the shoulders just won’t pull down? Yup, it’s time for a massage session. Let your body recharge.
Segment massage – €15 (20 min.).
Full body massage – €25 (45 min.).
