MORNING YOGA

 

Join us for a morning yoga session. Let’s awaken our bodies for a flexible and joyful day. Feel the happiness of movement.

 

Yoga sessions are free and take place every day at 9:00 AM from the beginning of May to September.

MASSAGES

 

Is your back so tight that you can’t stand on the board? Feeling like your neck is strained and your shoulders are tense? Yes, you need a massage. Let your body recover.

 

For massages, please contact the yoga trainer visiting the park.

 

  • Full body massage – €35-50 (45 min.)
  • Segmental massage – €20-30 (20 min.)
